Debic crème brûlée is a liquid base for a traditional, velvety crème brûlée with real vanilla specks (100% Bourbon vanilla). This crème brûlée is meltable and can also be used as a filling for pralines and tartlets or airy espumas (with siphon). A bottle of Debic crème brûlée contains approximately 10 servings. Also usable for: cake fillings, airy espumas or foams (with siphon).
Storage advice after openingGekoeld bewaren. Ten minste houdbaar tot: zie dop. Na openen gekoeld bewaren (max. +7°C) en binnen de 4 dagen gebruiken.

Preperation advice1. Schudden voor gebruik. Pan: 2. Verwarm al roerend tot 70°C kerntemp. (koken hoeft niet). 3. Portioneer, dek af en laat 20 min. afkoelen op kamertemp. 4. Laat 2u opstijven in de koelkast. 5. Bestrooi met rietsuiker en brand af. Oven: portioneer en kook au bain-marie (180°C). Laat afkoelen, opstijven en brand af. Microgolf/magnetron: in een recipiënt gieten en opwarmen tot 70°C kerntemp. + stap 2-4.
