Atjar (Indonesian for sweet and sour vegetables) is eaten as a sour side dish. There are many types of atjar with multiple vegetables. The fresh atjar tjampoer is made from only white cabbage and carrot. Our Limburg supplier uses only purely natural ingredients and a homemade brine. The atjar stands out for its crispness and excellent sweet-sour ratio. This latter ensures that the taste lingers in the mouth.
