Inside Sales Representative

About Ebo van den Bor
As a specialist in the Oriental and Mediterranean market, we offer the finest fresh and dry products for the hospitality industry, delivering them directly to our customers’ kitchens. Each week, we deliver thousands of orders to clients throughout the Netherlands.
What will you be doing?
No two days are the same. You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:
Selling our products by phone (and entering orders directly into the system)
Processing orders via email and e-commerce
Informing customers about our assortment, prices, and delivery times
Identifying additional sales opportunities and promotions
Preparing and following up on quotations
Supporting the field sales team
Handling back-office tasks
Resolving complaints and inquiries in a customer-focused manner
What do you bring?
You switch quickly between tasks and are flexible and team-oriented
You enjoy working collaboratively in a team
You are commercially driven and customer-focused
Accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility
Good command of the Dutch language
Affinity with computers and various systems
MBO level of education and thinking/working ability
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Experience in an inside sales or sales role is a plus, but not required
What do we offer?
Salary indication: €2,500 to €3,100 gross per month (based on full-time employment, depending on age and experience)
