This teriyaki sauce has a rich flavor and is distinguished by the addition of sake and real mirin. For a classic teriyaki preparation, the sauce is used to marinate ingredients, then roast or grill them on the plate. But this sauce can also be used as a dipping sauce or for glazing ingredients.
