The first Nittaya curry paste was made in 1964 in a small kitchen by Mrs. Nittaya and her family. Today, the family business Nittaya is known worldwide for its authentic high-quality curry pastes. The curry pastes are rich in flavor and have the perfect balance for a real Thai curry.
