Oyster sauce is one of the most important and widely used sauces in Eastern cuisine. The sauce is just as versatile as soy sauce. Oyster sauce adds extra umami (savory taste) to dishes, has a smoky fish flavor and aroma. It provides a shine that enhances the appearance of the dish while simultaneously bringing out the umami of all ingredients. The oyster sauce can be used as a marinade, in cooking, or independently as a table sauce. The oyster sauce panda brand is made from the best oyster extract.
