The history of the Chinese people in the Netherlands
To celebrate their 125th anniversary Koninklijk Horeca Nederland has published a book about the history of Chinese people in the Netherlands. The book contains splendid old photographs and captivating stories, including interviews with several Chinese entrepreneurs and presentations of many restaurants from past and present. 
A real collector's item, in which many Chinese people will recognize themselves or their families and friends.
